  • Then click on “Go” option and a new web page will appear on the screen where you need to select “7/12” or “8A”
  • Now enter the details aske on the screen like District, County, Village
  • Then select the details aske on the screen and click on Search option
  • Now you have to enter the captcha code which appears on the computer screen
  • After that click on verification captcha and then click on display 7/12 option and get the details as you want.

To download a digitally signed 7/12 extract online in the state of Maharashtra, you can follow the steps given below:

  1. Visit the official website of the Maharashtra Land Records Department at https://mahabhulekh.maharashtra.gov.in/

  2. On the homepage, click on the “7/12” option from the menu bar.

  3. Select your district, taluka, village, and survey number from the dropdown menus.

  4. Once you have entered all the details, click on the “Search” button.

  5. If the details you entered are correct, you will see the 7/12 extract displayed on the screen.

  6. Click on the “Download” button to download the digital signed 7/12 extract.

  7. You will be prompted to enter your mobile number to receive an OTP. Enter your mobile number and click on the “Send OTP” button.

  8. Enter the OTP you received on your mobile number and click on the “Verify” button.

  9. Once the OTP is verified, the 7/12 extract will be downloaded to your device.

Note: The digital signed 7/12 extract can also be obtained by visiting the nearest Tehsil office or E-Dhara center.
